Job Description:

The Role:

The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the Group's cash management in the UK, France, and international subsidiaries, as well as developing budgetary control processes.

The main areas of responsibility will include:

• Day-to-day cash management: Monitor daily cash flows, analyse bank positions, manage payments, and negotiate banking terms.
• Cash flow forecasts and budgeting: Prepare forecasts, analyse variances, and develop management tools.
• Group Cash-Flow Optimisation: Develop cash pooling strategies, manage investments, and handle foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Budget Control: Collaborate with departments to develop and manage budgets, oversee expenses related to property and photovoltaic activities.

Other Requirements, Qualifications, and Experience include:

• Education in finance, information systems management, or accounting (Master's preferred).
• Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, organized, with strong analytical skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Office, cash management tools, and payment systems.
