CMA CGM Group, headquartered in Marseille, is seeking highly organized internal consultants to join CMA Conseil, delivering strategic advisory work directly with the Group's executive leadership across shipping, logistics, and related businesses.

You will operate in small project teams on engagements ranging from a few weeks to several months, driving data-driven analyses and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic international projects, ideally in consulting or corporate strategy.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

• Partner with the Project Manager and other team members—or work independently when required to ensure project delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and meet the Group's expectations.

THE ROLE

CMA CGM is undergoing a major transformation. To support this momentum, we are looking for highly organized, agile, and committed internal consultants who can bring strategic insight and deliver tangible impact alongside the Group's senior leadership.

As a member of CMA Conseil, you will contribute to high-profile strategic consulting engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership. You will operate in small project teams on assignments ranging from a few weeks to several months, across all business lines and geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments, supporting all of the Group's businesses (Shipping, Logistics, Media, Air Cargo, Rail, etc.).

CMA Conseil plays a key role in supporting the Group's major transformation initiatives, including innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, decarbonization, diversification, and international expansion.

• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects, ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or the strategy department of a large multinational company.
