The Procurement must address key challenges related to AXA’s ambitions: Efficiency, Transformation, Risk management, and compliance. Group Procurement ensures AXA’s compliance with Solvency II regulation on outsourcing.
The primary mission of the Group Procurement Outsourcing Expert is to independently manage and drive the outsourcing framework and community across approximately 45 AXA entities, raising awareness and ensuring compliance with Solvency II.
This role requires collaboration with AXA entities, Group Risk Management, and supervisory authorities, necessitating influencing skills and proactive engagement across multiple countries.
The Group Outsourcing Expert will be responsible to:
Lead the annual critical outsourcing inventory for all in-scope entities, oversee reporting, analyze data, and prepare regulatory deliverables.
Animate and lead the outsourcing community, providing support, sharing best practices, and ensuring risk management aligns with AXA's risk appetite.
Leverage and develop assets supporting the outsourcing framework, considering local specificities.
We seek candidates with:
Technical and professional skills include understanding financial regulatory frameworks, process simplification, analytical and project management skills, and leadership in a collaborative environment.
Soft skills include excellent communication, proactivity, autonomy, organizational rigor, and ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English is required; additional languages like Spanish are a plus. Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and lead change is essential.
