Position: Within the Legal Department of CACEIS, you will join the Group Market Legal team, responsible for contractual relations between the bank and its market clients and counterparties. Your responsibilities include drafting standard contracts and updates, negotiating market contracts, and providing technical support to group branches. You will support the Paris and Luxembourg Market Rooms, providing daily legal assistance related to their activities.

Role: As a Group Markets Lawyer, your role is to legally oversee market activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute expertise to the development of CACEIS's service offerings and market activities with clients and counterparties. Specific responsibilities include:

1. OTC Derivatives / Securities Lending / Delivered Pensions:

• Drafting and updating contract templates based on market framework agreements and collateral annexes for Market Rooms needs.
• Managing project updates of negotiation procedures used by legal teams against market counterparties and clients.
• Negotiating market contracts with counterparties and clients, respecting organizational and signing rules established by the Group Legal Department.

Clearing Services (financial clients and commodity clients):

• Drafting and updating contracts related to execution, clearing, and ancillary services offered by CACEIS, including negotiation procedures.
• Negotiating contracts within the Clearing Services business line.

Brokers and Clearing Brokers:

• Managing relationships with third-party traders, markets, and central counterparties in coordination with support functions and commercial services.
