Description du poste

Are you looking to play your part in helping roll out the internal communications strategy of an international company? Then look no further, we have the role for you. We are looking for a confident and curious fast learner to join our team as an Internal Communications Assistant (apprenticeship) in Levallois from September 2025. The Internal Communications Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day running of our internal communication channels, the creation of multi-format assets, and the preparation and delivery of content to keep our employees informed, inspired, and engaged. With a focus on content for the internal audience, some of the key topics you'll work on include transformation & technology, sustainability & DEI, culture & quality, and more!

Your responsibilities will include participating in the end-to-end delivery of projects and campaigns, from developing comprehensive internal communications plans to implementing them and evaluating their effectiveness. You will guide stakeholders on best practices, establishing yourself as an internal communications expert.

This role is for an apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be based in Levallois and report to the Group Head of Corporate and Internal Communications.

Key tasks and responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the design and rollout of our internal communications strategy, including planning key content and managing an editorial calendar.
  2. Develop global internal campaigns: contribute ideas, draft content, review assets, script and produce videos, follow the production of various communications in different formats.
  3. Engage internal stakeholders to plan regular communications touchpoints, identify campaign opportunities and map out support needs.
  4. Package assets into cohesive and easy-to-use toolkits, upload signed-off content to our channels, manage regular content series and build newsletters.
  5. Monitor success by following up on agreed KPIs.
  6. Contribute to the enhancement of our internal communications channels: explore and benchmark intranet platforms and tools that could improve our users' experience, make recommendations to develop existing or new communications channels, and seek to increase the reach of our content.
Minimum Requirements
  • Pursuing a master's degree in communications, marketing, business or another related field.
  • A previous communications experience in a corporate or agency appreciated, showcasing the ability to develop compelling content and manage various channels within tight deadlines.
  • Perfect fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. An international background or working experience would be a real plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams with a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Digital-savvy, fast-learner, proactive and autonomous team player comfortable using and exploring new tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and prior knowledge of tools such as Asana, Monday, Copilot, Adobe Creative Suite, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Mailchimp, Dotmailer, CMS, etc.
