Job summary

Crealis Group is seeking a Finance Manager to join its manufacturing team in France. The role focuses on financial control, business partnering, planning and performance analysis to support local management and Group Finance.

You will monitor performance, support budgeting and forecasting, prepare management reports, and drive improvements in financial processes and controls. This position offers exposure to senior leadership in an international group and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or business finance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and French; Italian would be an asset.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial performance of a dynamic manufacturing business.

This position combines financial control, business partnering, planning, and performance analysis, providing direct support to both local management and Group Finance. The successful candidate will help drive financial transparency, improve decision-making, and ensure the reliability of financial information across the organization.

What you will do

As Finance Manager, you will:

• Monitor and analyze business performance, including revenues, costs, margins, and key operational KPIs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Prepare and validate management reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Partner with commercial, operations, and support functions to drive business performance
• Monitor working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards
• Act as a key interface between the local organization and Group Finance
• Contribute to the implementation of common financial systems, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group

What we are looking for
