The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with 3 to 5 years of experience in a top audit firm. Responsibilities will include internal and external reporting, managing audits, and supporting financial transformations. This role demands excellent communication skills and experience in a growth environment.

Camino Search is currently partnered with an ambitiously growing PE-backed Software business HQ'd in Paris. They have grown significantly, including taking on further institutional investment, and are currently mid-cycle embarking on a period of transformation. The business is well-known internationally, with a strong market share, and as such, is looking to strengthen the team with a Group Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading on all internal and external reporting within the business, including working with external advisers
• Preparing monthly management reporting and oversight of a transaction finance team
• Ownership of the audit process, including managing external relationships
• Supporting with significant financial transformation, including the implementation of consolidation tools, ERP, and streamlining accounting processes
• Multi-currency and multi-entity financial reporting

Key Requirements

• Strong accounting background, ideally 3 - 5 years of experience working in a top audit firm
• Excellent communication skills working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
• Experience working within a growth environment
