Description du poste

The primary role of this position is to ensure Exclusive Networks group’s compliance with all Export Control regulations relative to Dual-Use Goods to mitigate risks of non-compliance at both worldwide and organization-wide level. Beyond this strategic role, evolving in a fast-growing organization, candidate will have a pivot role working with group corporate team, Country managers, Sales & Operation, Export Control Champion communities. Being in the driver seat with a high level of autonomy, this role is a fantastic opportunity to boost our professional development in many areas.

Group Export Control Manager

You will:

  1. Oversee global Export Control policies, ensuring understanding and alignment with Exclusive Networks' business processes and regional operations.
  2. Control all export licensing activities, including tracking and reporting, while ensuring feasibility from a Customs and Export control perspective.
  3. Manage control and customs strategies, ensuring up-to-date regulatory watch on these topics.
  4. Lead a network of local export control champions, overseeing training development and delivery for Export Control.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Vendor compliance, and Legal, ensuring Export Control compliance in agreements and classifications.
  6. Provide support for all export control projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and assisting local champions in export-related tasks.
  7. Coordinate internal audits related to export control, ensuring proper document retention, screening of denied parties, and reporting on compliance performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience

About You:

  1. Expertise in French, EU & international Export Control laws, including US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and inspection programs.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  3. Solid analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, combined with quantitative skills.
  4. Efficient time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  5. Ability to work independently, analyze situations effectively, and take suitable action.
  6. Ensure confidentiality and communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
  7. Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
