Your role:

Responsible for designing optimum solutions for our clients enabling to generate profitable growth for maximising new business win and contract renewals for Century & Regional Accounts.

Collaborate with the Ground Regional countries teams to:

• Support tools & methods adoption for Pricing Automatization FTL/LTL/NTW
• Support tools & methods adoption for Eureka DATAIKU implementation in all Europe focusing on Network profitability at first, followed by FWD (FTL/LTL)
• Consolidate Offered solutions when multi-countries tenders
• Manage performance & capability building (new business focus)
• Models and acts in accordance with CEVA guiding principles and core values.

What are you going to do?

Solutions Design: Lead the Automatization of Pricing to Customer (new business opportunities and renewals)

• Technical solution: Setup defined transport solutions based on customer data profile & requirements (scope, volumes, data crunching, IT requirements)
• Commercial offer: define the best pricing allowing high hit rate and ensuring profitability (both rates and commercial terms) including budget Summary (Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, Gross Margin if available, business conditions and deviations mitigation to CEVA Business Rules)
• Ensure and facilitate effective communication of the proposed solution to internal stakeholders
• Deliver compelling proposals that influence the customer decision to select CEVA Logistics
• Support awarded business throughout the start-up process, successfully transitioning design and proposal assumptions to Operations
• Support ICAP data accuracy and completeness together with Controlling

Monitor, Adjust & Business Intelligence: Develop and improve pricing tools, methodologies and processes to ensure industry best practices

• Post Mortem analysis & periodic deep Contract Reviews
• Supporting sales with (re-)negotiation preparation
• Pricing statistical analysis and pricing reference database

Monitor & Adjust: Closely monitor pricing performance

• Customer / shipment level performance monitoring and identification of corrective actions
• Scenarios building and decision making framework for renegotiations
• Pricing performance KPIs and Dashboard

Legal, Business Rules & Compliance: Closely monitor pricing performance:

• Revenue and profit leakages monitoring (e.g. volume/scope change, pricing adjustment contractual clauses, accessorial, etc.)
• Drive and support business decision for tariff and taxes revision based on local inflation in alignment with BD and countries
• General Rate Increase process
• Standard Terms & Conditions for rates update, accessorial & fuel
• CEVA Business Rules compliance
• Accessorial tracking & invoicing processes
• Accessorial utilization reporting and invoicing automation

Perform reporting for management level and regional / central reviews

Ensure implementation and adherence to global decisions such as rates, process, etc.

Who are we looking for?

• Education in Supply Chain, Lean, Engineering or Transportation training
• Min. 5-year experience in Transport operations related activity, or in Lean/continuous Improvements or PMO
• Experience in Supply Chain Industry, ideally Aerospace sector (inbound to sector plants-Inbound to Manufacture or delivery to Airports_Civilian Outbound support commodities transports)
• Good knowledge of Transport operations and Freight Management operations, knowledge in sensitive goods, ADR (including 1 class), in special constraints on Aerospace & defense sites access & associated transports.
• Good Excel Skills (multiple tables, formulas), Power BI, ERP is a +
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Good analytics capabilities & problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with team members to provide directions and steer course
• Ability to explain Operational & technical topics to various level of stakeholders
• Good analytical skills
• Hands-on mentality, result oriented, highly motivated but pragmatic Instructional
• Ability to deliver training or guidance in engaging way
