Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a merchandiser to stock coolers, displays, rotate stock, and manage backroom organization. The role involves servicing customers, executing promotions, creating signage, and maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate will have English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform basic financial calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team player capable of working without direct supervision.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete tasks.
• Must speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage, rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
