Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team and support in-store execution of displays, promotions, and restocking. The role emphasizes accurate merchandising, customer engagement, and timely product restocking.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining PBV standards and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service and results. This position requires strong communication, reliability, and physical stamina to meet daily demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
