WeMoms is looking for its new graphic designer! The role is key, the mission varied, and the responsibilities important. The graphic designer's role begins with understanding the needs of three key characters in the WeMoms journey:
The Moms: the most important character. These are the users of the WeMoms app and social media. Young or expectant mothers, aged between 25 and 40, they need to feel understood, supported, and visually guided throughout their maternal journey.
The Partners: WeMoms' commercial partners are brands whose products and services are relevant to Moms and who need visibility and impactful visuals to captivate their audience (e.g., Biolane, Babybio, HelloFresh, etc.).
The WeMoms Team: the WeMoms team has its own identity, energy, and style. The art direction embodies and visually represents this identity.
Produce engaging visuals: create and execute high-performance visuals in line with the product and marketing briefs of our commercial partners - banners, articles, carousels, newsletters, etc. The visuals are mainly static, sometimes requiring video/motion design.
Manage campaign production from A to Z: collect the brief and assets, manage revisions with partners, ensuring customer experience is always top-notch and designs are validated on time.
Design social-first content: imagine and create visuals adapted to each platform to maximize engagement and virality (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook…).
Explore new trends and formats: stay on top of design and social media trends to spot visual levers that make a difference and deploy them in our assets.
Mastery of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, After Effects for motion design is a plus)
Strong graphic storytelling skills: knowing how to translate an idea or emotion into images
Ability to adapt to brand identities and various visual worlds
Organization, responsiveness, and priority management
