This role involves creating compelling graphic designs for marketing campaigns across Western Europe, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity. To strengthen our Brand Design team in Western Europe Marketing, we are looking for a skilled graphic designer.

TITLE : Graphic Designer (Fixed-term contract for 6 months until December)

START DATE : July

LOCATION : Paris

REPORTS TO : Go to Market Manager Western Europe

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Graphic Design Campaign Adaptation
  2. Develop graphic designs for the Western Europe cluster (France, Spain & Portugal), ensuring alignment with brand visual identity, collaborating closely with brand teams and communication channels.
  3. Support graphic leads in developing marketing toolboxes, including campaign key assets and promotions for Western Europe markets.
  4. Adapt campaign assets for France across relevant channels and touchpoints, with strong experience in print (Retail, Press releases, Offline Media, Catalogues, and specific formats).
  5. Adapt digital campaign assets for Pandora Website and Newsletters.
  6. Adapt assets for the cluster on key local projects, such as mock-ups and asset execution.
  7. Support on specific local shoots for holiday campaigns or activations.
  8. Assist the graphic design team by compiling campaign execution materials for internal communication.

KEY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

  1. Preferably hold a degree in print and digital design or have equivalent proven experience (e.g., Multimedia Designer, School of Media and Journalism, Interactive Design, or similar). Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle brands and the media landscape is an advantage.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  3. Experience with an advertising agency, digital agency, fashion/lifestyle brand, or other creative businesses.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms.
  6. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity.
  7. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
