Are you a creative visionary with a passion for the fragrance industry? Do you have a knack for transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives? If so, we invite you to explore the role of Scent Communication & Branding Design Manager at IFF’s dynamic Scent Business Unit.

YOUR ROLE

Based out of our Neuilly-sur-Seine Creative Center, you’ll work closely with our communication and branding team to design and develop captivating visual material across a variety of media platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in supporting our communication strategy and bringing our brand to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create stunning visuals, videos, motion graphics, ads, and social content that align with our internal and external communications strategy.
• Ensure our company branding guidelines are consistently applied and translated into all visual creations.
• Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and reporting on the latest trends in media and campaigns.
  

Job Requirements

• You’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premium Pro / After Effect, and have mastered other tools & concepts in video editing.
• Your strong portfolio showcases your previous creative and design work in the beauty or luxury industry.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of design and branding principles.
• You’re able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changes in priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and hold a degree in graphic design or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and are fluent in English.
