Main Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Business Development

   
   
   
   
   • Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities in the energy storage market under the guidance of senior team members.
   
   
   • Support market research and customer outreach to identify potential energy storage projects and generate sales leads.
   
   
   • Assist in developing business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Customer Relationship Management

   
   
   
   
   • Participate in building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers.
   
   
   • Communicate with customers to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and project expectations.
   
   
   • Maintain regular customer contact, follow up on project progress, and support customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   Solution Development and Sales Support

   
   
   
   
   • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to match customer requirements with suitable energy storage products and solutions.
   
   
   • Support the preparation of technical proposals, commercial quotations, tender documents, and other sales-related materials.
   
   
   • Assist in customer presentations, solution discussions, negotiations, and other business development activities.
   
   
   
   


4. 
   

   Sales Project Coordination

   
   
   
   
   • Participate in the coordination and execution of sales projects, following up on key milestones, customer feedback, and project requirements.
   
   
   • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely communication and effective project progression.
   
   
   • Maintain customer and project records, prepare sales reports, and support the continuous improvement of sales processes.
   
   
   
   

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Learning Agility: Strong learning ability, a proactive attitude, and the willingness to acquire knowledge of energy storage technologies, products, and market applications.

Goal Orientation: A results-driven mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively toward business objectives.

Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the energy storage industry and the broader energy transition. Candidates with knowledge of the energy sector or relevant industry experience will be preferred.

Teamwork: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Adaptability: Willingness to take on new challenges, adapt to a dynamic business environment, and travel for business when required.
