Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training) to help build datasets and evaluation frameworks for AI governance, risk, and security. This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and a chance to shape how AI reasons about compliance and risk.

You will review policy documents and control frameworks, classify compliance scenarios, and provide precise written feedback to improve AI outputs in risk and security contexts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security.
• Familiar with one or more industry frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar.
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async, remote environment.
