About the role

The Housekeeper is in charge of one or more floors of the hotel.

His/her role is to supervise the work of the chambermaids, valets and staff to ensure that the rooms, public areas and pantries are properly maintained .

He/she must carry out his/her work in accordance with our company's standards, pay attention to the needs of our customers and try to exceed their expectations.

He/she is under the responsibility of the management of his/her department: Assistant General Manager and Head of Department and works in close collaboration with the various departments of the hotel.

What you will do

  • Supervise a team of Housekeepers and Clerks and carry out daily inspections in order to offer guests a pleasant , efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.

  • Checks that the work of each member of the team is carried out according to the priorities of the day .

  • Checks all the rooms on his / her floor ( departures , reoccupancies , vacancies , etc. ), and ensures that all quality criteria are met.

  • Organises his/her day according to priorities and knowledge of customers.

Valid work permit

Languages: Fluent French and English preferred

Thoroughness, availability, sense of service and discretion

  • As a reward for loyalty , employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
