Within the hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the guest room service. You will oversee the cleaning of rooms and common areas during day and evening shifts, according to quality standards and hygiene and safety regulations of the establishment.
You are fully autonomous and organized, capable of supervising a team of housekeepers and staff. You can manage team priorities and work schedules, anticipate needs, and listen to the requirements of an international clientele. You will implement proactive processes to promote customer satisfaction. You are naturally smiling, caring, curious, attentive, and have a genuine passion for service.
