The Global Go-To-Market Team (Change Management/Adoption) is seeking a
Global Intern. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Change Management and Project Management, combined with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will join a team of high-performance professionals across various areas of expertise and cultures.
The Global Intern will support and promote the adoption and implementation of our global tools and platforms, working directly with local Havas country locations and key client teams. This requires flexibility to perform diverse tasks and a high standard of excellence. The role involves understanding data-intensive products, presenting them effectively through onboarding and use cases, and developing action plans to address barriers to adoption. You will navigate a matrix organization with global and local stakeholders with different mindsets, roles, and reporting lines.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop use cases: identify, consolidate, develop, and present functional aspects.
- Manage stakeholders: engage and maintain contact with senior and technical gatekeepers.
- Deliver presentations: develop visual presentations and confidently deliver them to large teams.
- Update product documentation: understand the mechanics of tools and summarize them in PowerPoint for communication.
- Enhance communication strategies: optimize channels and methods for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and track adoption KPIs: utilize Excel and dashboarding tools.
- Adaptability: absorb changing priorities and pivot to new objectives.
- Assist with change management strategies: identify barriers to adoption and develop long-term plans.
Education & Languages
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Communication
- Fluent in English
