As the Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our products. You will collaborate closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

After developing cash flow management and banking connectivity products, Agicap now has the assets to automate accounting flows. These include bank statement integration, client and supplier invoices, and connectivity with main accounting tools and ERPs. Your primary mission will be to leverage these capabilities to develop a comprehensive pre-accounting automation offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Align marketing efforts through a playbook of actions supporting product launches.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create pricing strategies aligned with company policies.
  • Support sales with collateral and training to enable effective product promotion.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking competitors, and building battlecards.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics for product launches and growth trajectories.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or SaaS accounting solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills across various formats.
  • High standards for output quality and business relevance.
