Join us as a Go-to-Market Manager within the Airline Solutions Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Services organization. Your primary goal will be to support product excellence by improving product market fit and ensuring customer and market needs are reflected in Product Marketing Management (PMM). You will work closely with the regional organization to align sales priorities, enable timely go-to-market strategies for new solutions, and foster knowledge sharing across regions.

In this role you will :

  • Ensure customer and market needs are reflected in PMM by building and maintaining feedback loops.
  • Align regional sales priorities with PMM, enabling the delivery and promotion of relevant sales materials.
  • Drive timely go-to-market strategies for new solutions and evolve the marketing mix for existing solutions.
  • Foster knowledge sharing about the Airline Solutions portfolio and support regional sales targets.
  • Engage regions to determine customer profiles for new solutions and ensure product and market readiness.
  • Collect PMM PI backlog candidate proposals, consolidate PI voting for SAFe PMM train management, and provide updates on airline retailing offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly sessions for regional sales teams, providing updates on activities and competitive insights.
  • Support commercial upskilling of regional teams and align regional priorities with PMM deliverables.
  • Coordinate regional customer events and amplify marketing campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate among Revenue Operations, Regions, and Central stakeholders for Airline Solution Regional Bilats, structuring agendas, filtering topics, and preparing senior speakers.

About the ideal candidate :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, partnerships, and services within the airline industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market needs, and the ability to translate them into product marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regional organizations and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive timely and effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Experience in sales enablement, commercial upskilling, and fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in managing feedback loops and aligning commercial priorities with marketing deliverables.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
