Qualifications

  • 3 ans d'expérience en SaaS ou cabinet de conseil en finance.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing (who reports to the VP of Product), you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.
You will oversee a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).
️ Main Missions :
  • Go-to-Market Strategy :
  • Design, structure, and execute go-to-market strategies.
    Work closely with local teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Performance Tracking :
  • Set equipment and activation goals for key products.
  • Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Positioning & Messaging :
  • Define clear and differentiated product positioning.
    Ensure message consistency across all channels (marketing, sales, etc.).
Key Enablers for Success :
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Align key stakeholders on strategic goals and performance indicators.
  • Product Influence: Collaborate with Product Managers to challenge and influence the roadmap using feedback from Sales and Customer Success
  • Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Additional Responsibilities :
  • Sales & CS Enablement: Equip the teams with relevant materials (pitch decks, battle cards, etc.).
  • Lead Optimization: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversion, suggesting impactful content marketing initiatives.
  • Pricing Strategy: Contribute to defining relevant pricing models based on market insights and business goals.
What we are looking for :
  • Background
  • +3 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS scale-up or in a Finance consulting firm
    Master's degree in a top business or engineering school
  • Hard Skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations and contribute to their execution
    Proficiency in data analysis & modeling to extract insights and forecast performance
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
    Strong expertise in positioning & messaging, with ability to craft compelling value propositions
    Solid project management skills: planning, execution, stakeholder alignment
    Good understanding of Finance; advanced knowledge is a plus
    Familiarity with AI tools for Product Marketing use cases would be a plus
  • Soft Skills
  • A strong interest in the financial challenges of SMBs and mid-market companies
    Ideally extensive knowledge of the B2B SaaS ecosystem
    Performance-driven and metrics-focused approach
