Job position pitch

The Product Security Officer ensures the security of AXA GO Products in their scope by supervising and monitoring security throughout their lifecycle. They promote AXA GO security commitments at the product level and oversee regular security status reporting.

As a Security Officer, you will represent AXA GO Security and Product Security to AXA Entities, facilitate communication and product adoption, and act as a key contact for stakeholders, raising security topics and ensuring effective communication.

Organization placement

You will join the Group Security division, which defines security standards for AXA entities, oversees overall security posture, and provides centralized services like Crisis Management and Security Operations.

The security community comprises around 1,000 professionals working to protect customers, operations, brand, and personnel across three disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, and Operational Resilience.

Main missions include monitoring threats, defining and implementing security standards, driving security objectives with C-Level executives, ensuring the security of Group operations, and providing security services and products.

AXA Group Security is divided into four main blocks: Corporate functions, CyberDefense, Group Operations Security, and oversight by Corporate Chief Security Officers.

The department / team

Group Operation Security (GO Security), part of AXA Group Security, is responsible for securing AXA GO as an entity and securing GO Products delivered as a service to other AXA entities.

Job purpose

Ensure the security of AXA GO products throughout their lifecycle, engaging with top management to embed security practices, and aligning security capabilities with product strategies.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the security posture of GO Products across their lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Group Security Instructions and Policies
• Standardize security governance across GO products
• Escalate security risks appropriately and participate in related committees
• Maintain reporting on security status
• Support audit remediation and security assurance frameworks
• Coordinate security activities across GO Security teams
• Manage security exceptions
• Advise senior management on security matters

Profile and skills

We seek candidates with:

• A university degree in security or related fields; postgraduate degrees or MBA are advantageous
• Over 10 years of experience, preferably in product-oriented organizations
• Expertise in Information Security Governance, Cloud and On-Prem technologies
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are assets
• Strong strategic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
