Education
Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Quality, Quality management. Biotechnology formal education or associated downstream processes is a plus.
Experience
- Min. 15 years of experience on quality management in B to B or preferably Food (liquid), in chemical, pharmaceutical or flavoring/ingredient industry.
- Experienced in a multicultural environment, with matrix management experience.
Knowledge
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Knowledge of technical quality standards.
Technical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, solid geometry and trigonometry, chemistry, enzymology science, chemical engineering knowledge (heat and fluid transfer, liquid-solid separation, evaporation and drying process).
Language skills
English and French.
Additional Information
30 to 40% of travel expected.
