BNB - Business Network Builders in Paris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday deployments for multinational clients.

You will define scope, governance, milestones, and ensure coordination across functional, integrations and reporting streams, while owning the project budget. Fluent French and English are required, and travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional projects.
• Strong financial control and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up discipline.
• Fluent French and English (required).
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology.
• Define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting, and technical streams.
• Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin).
• Ensure delivery within estimated hours and manage change requests.
• Monitor time reporting accuracy and effort consumption by module/workstream.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparency with client and internal leadership.
• Lead steering committees and executive governance forums.
• Provide concise, structured reporting and align workstreams.
