Job summary

AXA GO & GIE AXA Procurement Operations & Performance seeks a Vendor Risk Regulatory Lead to ensure end-to-end source-to-contract processes comply with regulatory requirements. You will coordinate data collection, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting across AXA entities to enable a sustainable vendor risk operating model.

The role partners with Group Risk, Legal, and SMEs to drive DORA, Solvency II, and cross-functional governance, while maintaining data quality and traceability for

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement experience with vendor risk/risk management or audit.
• Experience applying regulatory requirements (DORA, Solvency 2) to third-party governance.
• Experience coordinating data-driven deliverables across functions, entities and countries.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead DORA ROI reporting including collection, consolidation, and validation of data.
• Coordinate concentration-risk calculations and exit strategies with business owners.
• Drive DORA contract inventory remediation with Procurement, Legal and Business teams.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests from European regulators and AXA entities.
• Lead Solvency II ACOR reporting and data quality reviews for governance.
• Propose simplification and automation to improve data collection and reporting.
