AXA Group is seeking a Performance Project Manager within the Group Procurement Performance team. You will translate complex data into compelling stories that demonstrate procurement's value to AXA's growth.

You will interact with senior executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions and report on performance at the highest level. The role focuses on owning the sourcing pipeline, driving savings delivery, and serving as a trusted expert across Procurement and Finance.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in strategic transformation and planning with a strong financial dimension.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience in an international work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Sourcing pipeline — partner with Sourcing teams and Finance to define, build, monitor and report on performance across the organization.
• Drive savings delivery — monitor savings performance using validated methodologies and craft executive-ready analyses for top management and C-level reporting.
• Be the go-to expert — support sourcing teams in applying savings methodologies and validation processes.
• Manage high-stakes relationships — act as primary interface with Finance for savings validation and reporting.
• Deliver executive-level reporting — ensure quarterly performance reporting to Group Procurement leadership.
• Fuel continuous improvement — analyze procurement spend and savings to identify efficiency opportunities.
