Job summary

GE Gas Power in Belfort, France seeks a Vendor Governance Leader to drive W2W documentation, vendor data control and cross‑functional alignment. You will own the lifecycle of supplier documents, ensure standards, and optimize PLM/ERP systems for reliable data flow.

Role requires governance expertise, KPI definition, and ability to lead change and training across global teams while collaborating with customers, EPCs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading document governance and vendor data management.
• Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs for process health.
• Experience in change management and training.
• Understanding of ISO/GDPR where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of vendor documents process, from scope to archiving.
• Establish and enforce document standards across Product Lines and vendors.
• Define system requirements for PLM/ERP, manage updates and automation.
• Set KPIs for process health and provide leadership insights.
• Lead change management and training across the organization.
• Define and lead Kaizen events to drive process improvements.
