GE Vernova in Belfort, France is seeking a Project Engineer to lead technical projects within the HRSG scope. You will coordinate with customers, EPCs, and internal teams to ensure design documents and equipment meet contract requirements, while providing clear technical guidance and decision-making.

This leadership role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Significant experience in Engineering, Design Engineering, Field Engineering and/or Project Management in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Ability and willingness to travel (<10%, as required).
• Desired: Experience with PLM software.
• Demonstrated customer interface experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide single point contact for all customer technical inquiries, questions and communications related to assigned projects.
• Drive lessons learned back into design engineering organizations to avoid repeating issues.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Management and Applications Engineering.
• Conduct Customer Kick-Off Meetings and Design Liaison Meetings with customers and EPCs.
• Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements to all design functions.
• Monitor design schedules and finance impact of scope changes.
• Monitor engineering budgets and provide quarterly EACs to Finance.
• Present project review slides to upper management highlighting risks and action plans.
