Calderys is looking for a core member of their Group Treasury central team to own the treasury infrastructure and ensure operational efficiency across all geographies. You will lead vendor relationships, manage treasury systems, and oversee payment processing while driving cash centralization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a comprehensive understanding of treasury systems and payment processes, and excellent communication skills. A degree in a relevant field is required, along with significant experience in treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or treasury certification preferred.
• Significant experience in treasury with operational and project exposure.
• Strong understanding of payment systems (e-banking, SWIFT).
• Hands-on expertise with treasury systems and their integration with financial platforms.
• Experience in trade finance or market data governance.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own the functional roadmap of treasury systems and manage upgrades.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs.
• Define access governance across treasury systems.
• Oversee bank connectivity and payment processing.
• Build relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
• Drive cash centralization initiatives to maximize liquidity efficiency.
• Manage trade finance activities while ensuring compliance.
• Own market data intelligence framework for accuracy and governance.
• Partner with teams to streamline processes and improve system usage.
• Define operational standards and support local treasury teams.
• Deliver transformation projects from scope to stabilization.
• Lead onboarding of newly acquired entities into the Group.
