CMA CGM is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join the Group Tax Department in Marseille on a permanent contract. You will lead advisory, structuring, tax audits and TP compliance across the group, partnering with Finance, Legal and Controlling teams.

The role requires 7–10 years of TP experience and a degree in Economics/Finance/Tax/Accounting or Audit, with fluency in French and English and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree from a leading Business School or University with a specialization in Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting or Audit.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a law firm, Big Four or tax department of a large international group.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key liaison between the Group Tax Department and Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury and operational teams on transfer pricing matters.
• Raise awareness of transfer pricing through targeted communications and training, especially for tax audits.
• Manage Master File, Local Files, benchmarking studies and testing matrices for TP compliance.
• Support TP audits in France and internationally by preparing documentation and defending TP policy.
• Assist with APAs and MAPs, and support TP aspects of restructuring and integration projects.
