GE Vernova Inc. in France is offering a 6-month Training & Marcomms internship within the Power Conversion & Storage HQ Services team. The role supports global training logistics, marketing material creation, and digital platforms, with English proficiency required.

You are currently pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or HR, with a solid foundation in written and spoken communication. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint) and familiarity with video creation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in communication, marketing, HR or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• Foundation in communication, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical support for recurring global training sessions using Workday to maintain participant rosters and attendance.
• Collect and use metrics and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and map learning outcomes to employee segments.
• Use interactive digital platforms (e.g., Slido, Microsoft Forms) to foster participation and gather real-time feedback.
• Contribute to creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, brochures, videos, podcasts).
• Assist with administration of external and internal websites.
• Track digital leads and support digital campaigns when applicable.
• Professional proficiency in English.
