You are currently pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or HR, with a solid foundation in written and spoken communication. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint) and familiarity with video creation are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical support for recurring global training sessions using Workday to maintain participant rosters and attendance.
• Collect and use metrics and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and map learning outcomes to employee segments.
• Use interactive digital platforms (e.g., Slido, Microsoft Forms) to foster participation and gather real-time feedback.
• Contribute to creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, brochures, videos, podcasts).
• Assist with administration of external and internal websites.
• Track digital leads and support digital campaigns when applicable.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Job Description Summary

The Power Conversion & Storage HQ Services team is a group responsible to drive services commercial excellence and business development, keep our Installed Base up to date and develop Field Service Academy, training and operational excellence.
Within our Power Conversion & Storage entity, we are currently looking for a Training & Marcomms intern for a 6-month internship

Job Description

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• o Providing logistical support for recurring global training sessions, utilizing Workday as the primary platform to maintain accurate participant rosters and track attendance
• o Collect & utilise metrics and qualitative feedback to evaluate program effectiveness, map learning outcomes to specific employee segments, and use it to gather needs for future trainings.
• o Leveraging interactive digital platforms (e.g., Slido, Microsoft Forms) to facilitate active participation, capture real-time feedback, and enhance the overall learning experience through dynamic Q&A
• o Participating in the creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, brochures, videos, podcasts, etc.)
• o Assisting with the administration of external and internal websites.
• o Where applicable, participating in tracking digital customers leads and/or digital campaigns.
• o Professional proficiency in English

Qualifications/Requirements

• o You are currently pursuing a degree related to Communication, marketing, HR or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• o You have a foundation in communication, both oral and written.
• o You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, and have knowledge of video creation and design.
• o You are interested in digital learning and are passionate about sharing your knowledge.

Principales responsabilités, sans toutefois s’y limiter :

• Fournir un soutien logistique pour les sessions de formation mondiales récurrentes, en utilisant Workday comme plateforme principale afin de maintenir à jour les listes de participants et de suivre les présences.
• Collecter et exploiter des indicateurs ainsi que des retours qualitatifs afin d’évaluer l’efficacité des programmes, d’identifier les résultats d’apprentissage pour différents segments d’employés et de recueillir les besoins en vue des futures formations.
• Utiliser des plateformes numériques interactives (par exemple, Slido, Microsoft Forms) afin de favoriser la participation active, recueillir des retours en temps réel et améliorer l’expérience d’apprentissage globale grâce à des sessions de questions-réponses dynamiques.
• Participer à la création de supports marketing (flyers, présentations, brochures, vidéos, podcasts, etc.).
• Contribuer à l’administration des sites web externes et internes.
• Le cas échéant, participer au suivi des prospects générés par les canaux digitaux et/ou des campagnes digitales.
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.

Qualifications / Prérequis

• Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme dans un domaine lié à la communication, au marketing, aux ressources humaines ou disposez d’une expérience/d’un savoir équivalent.
• Vous disposez de bonnes bases en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Office, notamment PowerPoint, et avez des connaissances en création vidéo et en design.
• Vous êtes intéressé(e) par la formation digitale et êtes passionné(e) par le partage de vos connaissances.
