GE Vernova recherche un(e) apprenti(e) gestionnaire de coûts projets pour assister les chefs de projet dans la planification budgétaire et l'analyse des coûts. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en finance et des compétences en Excel et SAP, tout en ayant un intérêt pour les environnements techniques. Une formation permanente est offerte, avec un potentiel d'embauche à la fin de l'apprentissage.

Qualifications

• Formation en finance ou contrôle à un niveau supérieur.
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
• Intérêt pour les environnements techniques et industriels.

Responsabilités

• Aider les chefs de projet avec la planification budgétaire et le contrôle des coûts.
• Établir et mettre à jour les plans de facturation.
• Analyser les indicateurs de performance des projets.

We design, manufacture, and install advanced motors, converters, and control systems to improve efficiency and decarbonize various industries, supporting the energy transition in marine, energy, and industrial applications.

We are seeking an apprentice for a 2-year duration.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with:
• Budget planning, cost control and analysis (actuals and forecasts) using SAP data; maintaining risk and opportunity registers.
• Establishing and updating billing and revenue recognition plans based on contractual data.
• Coordinating billing activities, ensuring contractual compliance, and monitoring cash flows.
• Analyzing margin movements and supporting corrective, preventive actions and best practices.
• Collect and manage project performance indicators.
• Propose and support the implementation or improvement of cost measurement and control systems.

The activities may evolve based on needs and mutual interests.

Profile:

• Business school, engineering school, IAE, or university with specialization in finance/control management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Power Query, and Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in technical and industrial environments; eager to learn through project work.
• Autonomy, responsibility, initiative-taking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
