Job summary

Hexcel Corporation is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst to apply advanced analysis of applicable rules and regulations to validate and ensure compliance of material, technology, and software movement to and from Hexcel global facilities and customer sites. The role can be based in Dagneux, France, Duxford, UK or Parla, Spain, with emphasis on EU/UK/Morocco compliance.

You will manage customs operations, licenses, and collaborate with logistics partners while supporting AEO

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelors in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or International Trade with 5 years of export/import compliance experience
• Thorough working knowledge of European customs, dual-use and military exports laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate with professionals at all levels and work cross culturally, virtually, and with foreign language speakers
• Detailed understanding of Incoterms, cargo insurance, and shipping paperwork requirements
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) for global training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Strong organizational, priority management and planning skills
• Working knowledge of integrated logistics management and problem solving
• Business fluency in English; other languages a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory procedures and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis of EU/UK/Morocco trade laws and regulations
• Handle export processes and documents including invoices, packing lists, and export licenses
• Manage customs and duty operational compliance and duty deferral
• Oversee export activities for assigned sites and perform export audits
• Procure Dual-Use and Military licenses and maintain license records
• Coordinate with logistics partners and participate in service review meetings
• Develop data-driven options for business opportunities and improvements
• Serve as ITC AX/D365/OCR expert and provide training and maintenance
• Support AEO program and related non-European supply chain security programs
• Resolve screening results with internal Hexcel team and distributors
