Vallourec is seeking a TMS Product Development Manager to join its Meudon headquarters, Paris region. You will lead development, industrialization and deployment of innovative OCTG solutions worldwide, coordinating with R&D and cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and French is required; a Master’s in engineering and 5+ years in product development or industrial projects are essential. The role blends technical innovation with program management in a global, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading Engineering School or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Development, Industrial Project Management, Product Innovation or New Product Introduction.
• Experience in an international industrial environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing or related industries is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is mandatory. French is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and deployment of new TMS products and solutions from concept through deployment.
• Partner with Business Development to identify customer needs and translate them into innovative product initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of product development and innovation projects aligned with the TMS strategy.
• Drive testing, validation, industrialization and implementation activities for new solutions.
• Coordinate product development activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to business objectives.
• Act as a key interface between TMS and R&D teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Lead project reviews and steering committees.
• Ensure alignment between Business Development, Operations and R&D teams.
• Support technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
