For one of our clients, we are looking for a Global Technical Client Integration, remotely from France.

As a Global Technical Client Integration, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients during their integration process into our network. This involves closely collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of tracking technology in line with campaign specifications. You will need to quickly identify configuration issues, provide solutions, and manage client relationships effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to your success in this dynamic role.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the integration process.
  • Identify errors in configurations and propose suitable solutions to ensure alignment with the team’s objectives.
  • Manage and negotiate objections related to non-compliant configurations and work to resolve them.
  • Contribute to meeting monthly team integration goals, with a performance-based incentive system.
  • Validate the work of other team members before technical approval.
  • Report platform bugs and technical issues, ensuring they are escalated appropriately.
  • Maintain and update an internal and external knowledge base.
  • Test new features and developments, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, and internships or apprenticeships are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web languages such as HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to maintain a holistic perspective.
  • Experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their functioning.
