We are seeking a Global Technical Client Integration for one of our clients, working remotely from France.

The role involves providing high-level technical support during client integration into our network, collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of tracking technology according to campaign specs. You will identify configuration issues, propose solutions, and manage client relationships effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance during client integration.
  • Identify configuration errors and suggest solutions to align with team goals.
  • Manage objections related to non-compliant configurations and resolve them.
  • Contribute to monthly team integration goals, with performance incentives.
  • Review and validate team members' work before technical approval.
  • Report bugs and technical issues, ensuring proper escalation.
  • Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Test new features to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Entry-level candidates, internships, or apprenticeships are welcome.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
