Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Regional Integration PMO to lead geographical teams managing integrations across Pernod Ricard affiliates, ensuring seamless connectivity and value delivery across 80+ countries on 4 continents.

Your key missions : You will :

  1. Demand Management: Gather and translate new demands into features and user stories for integration into product backlogs.
  2. Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, and drive squad delivery.
  3. Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision definition, lead product build, and manage agile squad delivery while tracking product performance and value realization.
  4. Product Catalog Management: Ensure the latest version and consistency of the product catalog and communicate updates effectively.
  5. Incident Management: Organize L2 / L3 support teams regionally or globally for products within your remit.
  6. Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps, and report on resource utilization.
  7. IT Financial Management (ITFM): Oversee product funding, perform variance analysis, and track ROI and costs.

Your role involves leading and managing 4 geographical teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Brand Companies), creating local integration roadmaps, managing new demand, and ensuring the delivery of business value while being the voice of the stakeholders.

  4. You have strong stakeholder engagement abilities with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. You possess strategic thinking, a value-driven mindset, and experience in roadmap creation and value monitoring.
  6. You hold a product management certification and demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile practices.
