Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Distribution & Logistics Product Owner to oversee the development and management of our global ERP system, ensuring efficient order-to-cash, source-to-pay, and forecast-to-stock processes.

Your key missions:

You will:

• Demand Management: Gather new demands and translate them into features and user stories for integration into the product backlog.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies, and steer squad delivery.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Define and analyze product features, manage agile squad delivery, track product value realization, and drive system demos and rollouts in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
• Product Catalog Management: Ensure product catalog updates align with the overall portfolio and communicate changes effectively.
• Incident Management: Lead Level 2/3 incident investigations, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps based on availability, and track actual resource utilization.
• IT Financial Management (ITFM): Provide product roadmaps and backlog forecasts, oversee funding, perform variance analysis, and track product ROI and costs.

• You have expertise in ERP systems, with a deep understanding of distribution and logistics processes.
• You possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and can act as the “voice of stakeholders.”
• You have negotiation and mediation skills, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex environments.
• You have a strategy-driven mindset, capable of roadmap creation and value monitoring.
• You bring solid experience in product management, ideally with a Product Owner certification.
• You are proficient in Agile methodologies and best practices.
