Job summary

INTERPOL in Lyon offers a 6‑month internship with the Executive Directorate of Resource Management. You will contribute to digital workplace improvements based on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools such as Copilot.

You will assist with SharePoint customization, automate workflows, create user guides, and gain exposure to governance and risk management related to emerging technologies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in or graduated from a post-secondary institution within the past year, related to tech, data protection, or public international law.
• Strong interest in learnings around governance, risk management and emerging tech.
• Ability to work with discretion and maintain professional diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the enhancement and customization of SharePoint Online intranet and document management sites.
• Assist in automating workflows using Power Platform and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Explore and test Copilot adoption and use for productivity and collaboration.
• Create end-user documentation to facilitate ICT systems usage.
