Global Tech Integration Intern (EDI Rollout)

6-month Internship – January 2026
Location: Paris – The Island
Department: Global Tech – Global Integration & EDI

Pernod Ricard, the world’s No.2 in Wines & Spirits, is looking for its future Global Tech Integration Intern (EDI Rollout) for a 6-month internship starting in January 2026, based at our Global Headquarters in Paris – The Island.

You will be part of the Global IT team, contributing to a strategic worldwide initiative to deploy a Global Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution across multiple affiliates.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a global digital transformation project, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with multicultural teams.

Your key missions

You will support the EDI Product Owner and project teams in various project phases, including:

  1. Documentation & Process Mapping

    • Assist in creating process flow diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    • Support the development of transition documentation for affiliate onboarding

  2. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Help organize and document meetings with internal and external stakeholders

    • Follow up on action items and maintain communication logs

  3. Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Compile and visualize data to support project tracking and decision-making

    • Assist in preparing dashboards and summary reports

  4. Testing & Quality Assurance

    • Contribute to test case creation and execution

    • Track and document issues during testing phases

  5. Change Management & Training

    • Help develop training materials, user guides, and internal communication assets

    • Support knowledge transfer sessions and onboarding activities

  6. Compliance & Regulatory Research

    • Research industry standards (e.g., XML, EDIFACT) and local e-invoicing regulations

    • Summarize findings to support compliance alignment

Your stakeholders

Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with:

  • Global Integration Product Manager and EDI Product Owner

  • EDI Squad members (functional and technical experts)

  • External EDI vendors

  • Affiliate teams across various countries

  • Local IT teams supporting implementation

Your profile

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  • You are highly organized and have strong analytical and communication skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar tools)

  • You are interested in digital transformation, global project coordination, and process improvement

  • You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
