You will oversee a ~10-person multidisciplinary team, align the strategy with customer needs, drive innovation, and support business development through technical proposals and field feedback.

• Ability to align technology strategy with customer requirements.
• Willingness to engage with customers and visit sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers.
• Define resource allocation and workload planning for projects.
• Ensure execution of technology development projects per Westinghouse processes.
• Define and maintain the technology roadmap and contribute to strategic plans.
• Drive product innovation and standardization across engineering activities.
• Support business development with technical proposals and customer discussions.
• Capture field feedback and integrate improvements into products.
