Your key missions:

You will:

• Conduct technology foresight assessments to identify emerging technologies and their potential impacts on Pernod Ricard's business and operations.
• Collaborate with industry experts and technology vendors to gather insights and evaluate disruptive innovations relevant to Pernod Ricard.
• Lead the incubation of novel ideas and emerging technologies, demonstrating their feasibility, piloting their implementation, and ensuring a sustainable handover to production.
• Raise awareness among teams about innovation and new technological trends and identify key initiatives to launch within the organization.
• Organize innovation events such as hackathons, learning expeditions, and innovation days to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Deploy innovation within the Tech function to accelerate time-to-delivery, enhance the resilience of the information system, and optimize costs.
• Structure regular communication to promote the chapter’s activities and highlight successes.

• You hold a Master’s degree in engineering or from a business school.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technological trends and their business implications.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You bring a collaborative mindset and can work effectively across cross-functional teams while engaging external partners and experts.
• You have proven experience in technology foresight, trend analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• You are proficient in design thinking, process mining, and lean startup methodologies.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
