Leap is one of the major transformation programs at Pernod Ricard, focused on designing and building our future-proof ERP system to harmonize all transactional processes across the Group.

The Tech expert will play a key role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, developed, and implemented. This role requires deep expertise in the functional scope from a technological perspective.

Your key missions:

1. Design: Document user stories and detailed specifications, including processes, data mapping, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. Ensure standardization and harmonization while promoting automation and insights-driven activities.
2. Build & Test: Collaborate with design activities, document use cases, test scripts, and data sets. Conduct testing to ensure end-to-end integration and user acceptance.
3. Training & Roll Out: Develop training materials, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to rollout planning and activities for moving to production.
4. Post go-live: Support activities post-implementation from both functional and technical perspectives.
5. Project Management: Report on activities within Program Management, anticipate deviations, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in engineering or business
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Experience in the consumer goods industry and accounting processes
• Extensive technical experience and large-scale implementation delivery
• SAP proficiency in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules
• Fluent in English; French and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory
