Royal Canin seeks a Global Sustainability Demand Lead to transform sustainability assets into brand equity and business growth. You will translate sustainability into demand momentum and shape strategy across Innovation, Communication, and Enablers.

You will partner with R&D, Corporate Affairs, and markets to deliver robust proof points, certifications, and governance while driving value tracking and capability building across the global demand organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 8+ years total business experience with 5+ years in a Demand role.
• Sustainability literacy with a passion for sustainability in global brands.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational work across functions.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sustainability agenda for the Demand organization and own the Center of Excellence.
• Own and govern the Demand Sustainability Roadmap aligned with Royal Canin objectives.
• Act as the Voice of Demand within the Sustainability matrix and provide insights.
• Define sustainability value propositions across the portfolio and partnerships.
• Embed sustainability assessments into the end-to-end innovation process.
