Global Supply Excellence Leader HF

Attached to the Supply Chain Planning Excellence Team within O&SC as a true change agent, the Supply Planning Excellence Leader works with the Material Planning community End to End throughout our factories, distribution centers, and commercial entities.

SYSTEM / PROJECTS

• Finalize and stabilize the rollout of the SAP S4 Hana solution to all geographies and sites.
• Support IT Business Analysts AMS with solving incidents, capturing, and deploying enhancements for SAP IBP & S4 Hana to improve supplier planning.
• Participate in the supplier digitalization project to automate transactional activities with external suppliers.
• Manage the implementation of reporting tools (KPIs, controls, analytics) in the data hub / Power BI to support planning processes across different horizons (S&OP & S&OE).

PROCESS / PEOPLE

• Facilitate the community of Material Planners, including key users.
• Assess training needs for this community and contribute to building the Planning Academy through e-learning and training sessions.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining standards through training and audits. Deploy these standards and train teams on processes, indicators, key parameters, etc.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Excellence to improve relationships between buyers and material planners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain operations, or information technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and material planning.
• Hands-on experience with material planning.
• Experience working in a team-based and international environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Interest in systems, thorough knowledge of planning tools (ideally SAP); experience in implementing SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and teach complex topics to users.
• English proficiency level of B2 / C1 is required for this cross-functional position.
