Sunrise Group, a Belgium-based medical devices company, seeks a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to oversee materials flow across manufacturing and clinic operations. You will coordinate procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and 3PL management for EU, UK, US, and Australia markets.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong cost-reduction track record, and hands-on ERP/MRP experience; English fluency is mandatory in this cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience reducing shipping/logistics costs for international shipments.
• Experience managing US 3PL relationships.
• Knowledge of import/customs processes for goods moving EU to international.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system (demand planning, inventory, production scheduling).
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and optimize inventory across Sunrise manufacturing and Dreem Health clinics.
• Maintain master production/supply plan with manufacturing teams.
• Monitor and mitigate supply risks; implement dual-sourcing where needed.
• Coordinate kitting, fulfillment, and returns for HST devices, PAP machines, and accessories.
• Own international logistics and total landed cost, optimize EU→US and US distribution.
• Manage US 3PL relationships, vendor selection, and system interfaces.
