Dermalogica France is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Paris for a 1-year fixed-term role. You will coordinate EU HUB operations, manage orders and shipments, and ensure smooth cross-functional communication with Logistics, Finance and Customer Service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply planning, experience coordinating international shipments, and fluency in English and French (German a plus). The role offers a dynamic environment within Unilever Prestige group.

Responsabilités

• Warehouse coordination with EU HUB and daily operations.
• Manage customer orders and track shipments for various partners.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers and monitor invoicing.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve order discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with US/China and monitor carrier invoicing.
