Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a Supplier Quality Pilot for its production and modernization center in Gien, Centre-Val de Loire. You will help ensure purchased and subcontracted parts meet specifications during development and into production.

You will lead supplier assessments, monitor performance, and manage non-conformities while collaborating with Purchasing, Production, and R&D teams to secure quality throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in manufacturing or purchasing processes.
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of quality process requirements and system-level thinking.
• Familiarity with problem-solving tools (AMDEC, 8D, SPC).
• English language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier quality audits for French suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and gaps (PPM & OTD) and implement corrective actions.
• Manage supplier-related quality issues and drive 8D/5 Why analyses.
